FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set by Life Time Fitness and is based on a trainer's education and certifications. However, it can be flexible based on service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is always complimentary. This session is used to get to know you and your background, identify goals and expectations, take initial measurements, and go through a movement screening which helps me create the starting point of your plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my B.S. in Athletic Training, which is more preventative and rehabilitative, and my M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Performance Specialist certified through EXOS.
