I have owned rental properties in the stark county area for almost seven years now, Clear Sky Realty has managed my properties the entire time. I must I am very satisfied with there team of people whom handle ALL aspects of the rental process from finding a teneat, maintaince issues to eviction, they handle it all. I must say I work a full time job and keep in mind how much extra free time you can have when a professional management company handles all the details, to me it is well worth it.

After a long search for a house for my family, a little over a year ago, I not only found one I found our HOME. We love it! I was skeptical about renting from a management company, as I had never done so before; But a year later I couldn't be happier with my decision.
