Aaron did a superior job painting our entire first floor. He was easy to work with throughout the entire process. From the initial estimate, he gave a clear explanation of the project and quoted a fair reasonable price, to the last day, when he worked 12 plus hours to finish the project, paying special attention to every detail. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off sq footage, type of job, e.g. painting interior trim, is the trim damaged and need repairs or is it new so I can start painting right away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer, especially the indecisive ones or the ones who have ideas but are still unsure. Knowing a little about someone, i.e. kids, favorite colors, lifestyle, number of people at particular events, allows me to understand and help that person make the right decisions, on that particular job, so that they may enjoy what they paid for, for a very long time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold licenses in OSHA, Union Hall, Respiratory Fit, CPR, etc.
