- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are very fair and honest. We honor seniors, police officers, fire fighters, military personnel, veterans and new customers with a 10% of authorized repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I focus the customer service request, contact customer to acquire more info to provide the best solutions and execute with excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education college. I have thousands of hours in training over the last 15 years. From online factory certified webinars, online appliance academy, to hands on training at conventions, ect. I attend up to 10 training sessions annually.
