- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I focus the customer service request, contact customer to acquire more info to provide the best solutions and execute with excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education college. I have thousands of hours in training over the last 15 years. From online factory certified webinars, online appliance academy, to hands on training at conventions, ect. I attend up to 10 training sessions annually.
