It varies per Home. but mostly around $300 with Military/First Responder and Senior Citizen discounts available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Texas at Arlington. American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Member of American Society of Home Inspectors. certified Pool Inspector. continue my educstion with a minimim of 16 hours of updated training a year.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in a Home Builders Warranty Dept. going over Inspection report after Inspection report to do warranty work. and decided I would like to be on the other side doing Inspections rather than Warranty work.
