- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All damage is different and so is the scope of work. We provide free damage inspections as well as free estimates after we have evaluated the property properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do an initial phone consultation to discuss their potential issues and then set up a free in-home damage inspection and provide an estimate after we have evaluated the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a licensed Water, Fire/Smoke and Mold Remediation Company and all of our Technicians are certified by the IICRC (the governing body for disaster restoration).
