- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard websites are $600, $800, $1200 and $1600. However, because we're still building a reputation on Thumbtack, we're willing to make some sacrifices!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask clients to fill out a quick 3-4 minute form that helps us internalize their brand. From there we schedule a phone call and listen. Listening is what helps us deliver awesome products. From there we can break down the project into measurable components to build and get busy!
