Introduction: I have over 25 years of experience in fitness and I am AFAA and CPR certified. I have worked with children as young as 5 as well as older adults. I teach boxing bag drill classes and enjoy adding some boxing drills to most of my sessions. I can work one on one or with small groups or couples. My programs will help you see results whether you choose a 1/2 hour or hour sessions.
