What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very reasonable. The more work I do for you the more of a discount I will provide. Referrals are greatly appreciated and will give you a discount for any referrals you send my way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always find out what the customer wants first. Then I find out what is the timeframe they need work to be completed by.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being a native speaker, I have on the job training in translating and interpreting.
