I have known Dr. Terry Williams for many years and have seen her blossom and grow through her own personal challenges as well as helping many others through their own personal challenges. I have personally experienced her professional leadership and mentorship skills. She uses many different and well proven methods and styles of transformational leadership. Dr. Williams has worked with a wide variety of clientele from youth at risk to executive corporate leaders. I have personally experienced her gifts and talents in facilitating groups from all backgrounds and beliefs.
When audiences or attendees in her workshops need more time or flexibility from the original curriculum she had planned, she so effortlessly and quite naturally adapts quickly to the needs of her participants and personal clients. Terry is a brilliant facilitator. She brings energy and life to any group she leads. I participated in a team building she lead and 30 people were engaged, excited and involved.
