Apps: I used Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create with. I am an expert at preparing files for print and can support you with managing the printing of your project too. I source great quality and prices. Illustration: I have a broad range in my style. ~ Whimsical yet accurate. Very lighthearted and inviting. Perfect for editorial pieces, eLearning, annual reports, invitation design, Power Point Presentations and even gifts for friends and family recipes! I work in pen and ink with watercolor. I have a wide variety of samples and will be happy to email them to you. ~ Vector art I create illustrations in Adobe Illustrator as vector art. This is perfect for printing, Power Point Presentations, Invitation Design and silkscreen. Photoshop is used to save your final artwork as .jpg, .pdf, .png and any other file format you require.

Sharon has a special knack for interpreting/translating complex information. She worked with me to help translate my knowledge of neuroscience to a broad audience. My goal was to create Power Point presentations that my audience can understand easily. She helped me tremendously to translate the scientific language and she created really engaging illustrations to bring my teaching to life. It’s has been so fun working together.

Working with Sharon on design is pure creative fun and play. Sharon is intuitively gifted in seeing what a person, business or organization sincerely offers from their own hearts and creative centers. She then sees and translates a beautiful design to share this to the world. Magic arises when she and I have created together. Not only is she extremely talented, but just as important, she's highly professional, efficient, accommodating, and willing to work with a client to make the designs and the process work. From the first exchange of text messages to the now almost completed project, working with Sharon has been pure pleasure. Her talents are more than her artistry. FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen. Your job is to just share what you know and trust I'll ask questions to fill in the blanks. If there is text involved for a logo, business cards or brochure, send on over in an email or Word document. I'll review everything and ask more questions. Once we confirm I have a clear view of your vision and needs, I'll create a time-line and confirm the cost estimate provided. As an illustrator I often sketch ideas first if it for logos and illustrations before moving into final art. I ask for your input and suggestions — it only gets better with your contribution. Next step is sharing proofs and then receiving any final edits. I include 2 rounds of light edits in my estimates. I'm a strong self manager and will keep the flow going to meet our timeline. I strive for clarity in communication through email and phone calls. We're really a team on this and I enjoy this much.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts from California State University, Long Beach * As an illustrator I've taken multiple advanced courses in drawing. * To keep things calm and moving along I've studied and practice Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as UCSD.
