Michelle has been INCREDIBLE to work with. She takes the time to listen to your needs and wants and works to create a space that is uniquely your own. She was able to utilize much of the furniture and accessories I already owned and pair them with new pieces to create an eclectic but very cohesive look. She creates a visual mock-up, gives you a plethora of options within your budget and through her patience and guidance makes the experience very enjoyable. She is very professional, provides information and feedback quickly and is very accessible via many forms of communication. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every project is different, therefore a one-size fits all budget is not feasible. With my initial consultation I will discuss pricing options with you to best fit your budget and timeline. I offer both hourly and flat fee options with installment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically projects start with a telephone conference to discuss scope, budget expectations, and timing. After this call, an initial site visit will be conducted to further discuss planning, material selections, accessories, and budget options. If agreeable, a contract will be drafting outlining all material terms, scope, timeline, and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Residential Interior Designer. I received my design certification from Cal State San Marcos. I hold a Business Degree from Albany, New York.
