- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of my work is done at an hourly rate, ranging from $75 to $150 per hour based on the the service requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide my potential clients with a free consultation to evaluate the reason they are seeking an image consultant. During a first-time consultation, I would typically begin with simple questions to help pinpoint the type of service that would suit them best. Example: Are you seeking an image consultant because of: A) Weight loss/weight gain B) Professional C) Greater self-confidence
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been independently working as a personal image consultant for one year. Before this, I spent most of my career working for brands such as j.Crew, Donna Karen and Michael Kors. I decided I wanted to be more involved with my clients beyond a retail environment. I developed my knowledge in fashion and styling (i.e. products, fabrics, fit) through these crucial years of service with these particular brands.
