- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the project at hand. We are certainly willing to work within your budget, however we do have set prices for pet photography. For more information on that please visit our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact is usually via call, text or email. We answer any question our client may have. Then a meeting is set to complete the process, we would walk around the location where the shooting will take place. We want to make sure our customers receive the highest quality service and for that we need to be prepared. Depending on what type of shooting that is (event, family portrait, pet photography), we advise the best spot for shooting, should photographs be in traditional style. There is also a contract that both sides will sign, which will be given to the customer prior to commitment. We do not proceed to do the shoot unless the contract is signed, which protects both sides. Once everything is completed, we book the date for the shooting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training and education one can achieve is through experience and practice. We have a vast experience in taking photographs of different natures.
