Introduction: I am a French-trained Pastry Chef with years of experience in contemporary desserts. French macarons are my specialty, but I also make all kinds of desserts, breads, and cafe-style soups, salads, etc. I was the Pastry Chef at Catalyst restaurant in Cambridge, and the opening Sous Chef at lucettegrace, a contemporary patisserie in Raleigh, NC.
I love food, especially when people enjoy it together. I take pride in attention to detail both in refined pastry and simple cooking. I have always loved teaching and showing people that making French pastry isn't really as hard as it looks!
