FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to offer competitive pricing and reasonable quotes so my clients can continue to complete the "Things that need to get done" list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want all the details of the project that client has in mind. That will give me the ability to know if my skill-trade will achieve their expectations. After that I like to meet face to face, this way any questions from both parties can be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in custom carpentry, flooring and general construction/maintenance. I was a on-site 24 hour handyman for a apartment complex. Plus general knowledge from my friends and family giving me many challenges where I've had limited too no prior experience of doing and coming out looking like a pro. As of now none of them have successfully stumped me.
