Introduction: I specialize in interior painting and wood/laminate flooring, but I also handle many other projects and handy man/fixer up projects such as tile work (including floors and back splashes), deck construction and repair, drywall repair, countertop replacement, exterior paint and repair, light plumbing (installation of sinks, toilets, etc.), light electrical (installation of fixtures) and MORE! If in an existing home, I strive to leave it just like I found it, only with the improvements you desired. With my travel schedule, I'm typically able to work between 2 and 4 days each week, and I usually work alone. I may take a little longer than a full-time crew, but I try to account for that in my pricing. Speaking of pricing, I provide FREE estimates, which are for my labor only. You provide the materials up front and pay me on a weekly basis based on the percentage of completion. Most of my larger project customers find that they actually prefer coming up with smaller amounts on a weekly basis, verses paying the total in one lump sum.
