My prices are as follows: Swedish Massage (Light to Firm Pressure) $80 for 60 minutes $100 for 90 minutes Custom/Deep Tissue/Sports Massage: $95 for 60 Minutes $115 for 90 Minutes 2 hour massage (includes 90 minute massage and 30 minute of stretching $150 for 2 hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to get information regarding your past experience with massage along with why you have decided to get a massage at this time. We will then discuss what it is you are hoping to get out of the massage. Do you want to relax and/or is there a specific issue that needs to be addressed? We would also discuss the type of massage and pressure that should be used to reach your desired goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a massage therapist and personal trainer for over 20 years and I have a BS in exercise physiology and MS in sports administration.
