- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't use a per foot or per board price for a job, but would rather inspect the prospective job in person and give a flat rate according to how much work and time is required to complete their requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My desire before taking on a job is to physically inspect the proposed work, meeting with the client and discussing what options are available to suit the work which they would like done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background consists of over 20 years hands on experience.
