- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t do hourly rates unless it is a troubleshoot where I need to find the source of an issue. I do everything by bid so that I don’t overcharge a customer for something if it takes longer than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them and understand what they are wanting out of the project. I then like to explain how I do things and I love showing the customer options that might excite them even more about the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in an apprenticeship program for 3 1/2 years. I didn’t finish all 4 years because I passed the exam to acquire my license in the state of Texas before the apprenticeship was finished.
