- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel it's more fair as a % of your rent. Provides you with the commitment that we will get the highest rent, and also creates a sense of urgency for our team. During vacancies we earn nothing, so in order for us to make money, you have to make money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home and give you a FREE rental analysis. Each home is different and without a hands on approach, accuracy would be very difficult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree, Brokers license, and have been doing property management for 5 years.
