- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my price is reasonable for example 15 to 20% below the large companies in my area who market quite heavily and does have a great overhead to feed to do to that I would rather do less sales calls and close a higher percentage than to do a lot of sales calls and close the smaller percentage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often I meet a new customer through a service call which is often a product of a referral I make an effort to be transparent and explain both of the work that is being done and what the cost will be when complete
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school at night for the state of Connecticut and passed both my journey man and contractors licensing exams to be licensed in that state while going to school tonight for those four years I also worked in the trade during the day heading on the job experience
