Introduction: I tend to do more for people who need more as if I were a part of their family. It may come as an advice or actually spending another day with a project that the homeowner just cannot complete due to age or physical disability. I have no problem with the homeowner taking part or looking over my shoulder. He/she can supervise a project that he/she could not finish as if my hands were his/hers, if he/she will, at a price that he/she feels is worth to him/her. As I have expressed in the previous note, I enjoy the customer. If a conversation is part of the day, I'll stop and discuss ideas that they may have for future jobs, and if I can't handle it, I have a large friend database of skilled handymen in all fields who are ready to work besides me or take on by themselves without me. knowing I can trust them with my new friend's/customer......

I needed a Move-out clean up before my lease ended at an apartment and Robert and his brother were able to check out my apartment the same day I inquired to get an estimated quote. They were able to clean our apartment after we removed all our belongings. The kitchen, bathrooms, carpet and so forth were clean. They were very nice and friendly, flexible with day and time and got the job done! Good job!!

Robert was fantastic. He communicated well with me ahead of the job to make sure everything was set. His bid was fair and he did a great job. The original job was assembling a crib. His price was fair; he did the job in a timely fashion and he left the work area cleaner than he found it -- offering to dispose of the box and packing materials. I was so pleased with his handywork, that I had an impromptu additional task (hanging a new curtain rod in our living room) which he was able to handle on the same visit. I will definitely be calling Robert again as he seems to be very versatile and was a pleasure to do business with.
