Introduction: My combination af advanced manual therapy techniques combines the best of the top massage instructors of my schools to get a customized session that gets people out of pain. I was the official massage therapist of the Sacramento Breakers who performed at the Sac Kings games from 2008 to 2011. I've helped hundreds of people get out of chronic pain using Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, craniosacral, NMT and muscle energy techniques; including seniors with chronic issues and EX NFL athletes. For focused areas that have pinching, cramping, or radiating pain, these advanced techniques enable me to get deeper to untangle the tissues that haven't ever been addressed before; even breaking up scar tissue. Darren Yee has made us believers! He really knows the body and all of it intricate muscles and Will help you feel better. I have had aches in my arms, legs and lower back that I thought would never go away. We have been getting the "Massage $45 in the window" for years only to realize that they never were able to fix the deep rooted problems that were masked by a feel good oil massage that only lasted 1 day.
Mr Yee has learned and has been trained by some of the most renouned people in the industry. He knows how to get in between the muscles and massage places that will help relieve and release years of hard labor on my muscles
I am, and have been impressed with his massage style because it has helped me feel younger and has helped me get my body into alignment. He showed me this by my lower right back pain. I was compensating by walking lightly on my right putting more weight on my left. So I developed sciatica and planer fasciitis
After a few months with Darren he was able to work out my issues a little at a time so as not to shock the muscles into protecting themselves and now my lower back pain is non existent!

Darren Yee has been my best massage therapist, among the many I have tried over decades. I have had many sports injuries or issues, and Darren has helped me through them, with spectacular results.

Darren is very thorough and caring. He has a lot of knowledge. He works gently and effectively to get results without the pain of deep tissue. I've been very happy with him and have referred others to him, who have been happy as well.
