FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is different and every case requires a different amount of work to resolve. For example, a Circuit Court Jury Trial for Homicide takes far more time to litigate than a Speeding Ticket. For that reason it's very difficult for me to estimate my fees without first speaking to you on the telephone or in person. What I absolutely guarantee is that my pricing is affordable, flexible in certain circumstances, and I always offer the option for a payment plan. Almost all of my criminal defense / traffic work is done on a flat fee basis, which means once you pay, that's it! I won't ever come back to you after the fact and say that you owe me more money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that we would need to do is to speak. You can always call me at the number listed above. I have convenient office locations in Catonsville and Columbia, or I can come to you. In the initial consultation, I will be able to assess what you need, develop a basic strategy, and quote you my fee. If you decide to hire me, I will immediately enter my appearance in your case, request discovery and begin working on your behalf to ensure the best outcome possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Saint Mary's College of Maryland in 2011 with degrees in Economics and Sociology. Following Undergrad, I attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where I graduated with Honors in 2014. I am admitted to practice in all the State and Federal Courts of Maryland.
