I contacted Thumbtack for my daughter. She is having an issue that requires a professional with Family Law experience. To my surprise, Mr. Shepherd responded very quickly. My daughter called me after she had a conversation with Mr. Shepherd. She was more relaxed than I had seen her in weeks, reassured and very confident that Mr. Shepherd was the person to help her with the issue. I am grateful to Mr. Shepherd for his response time, his taking the time to listen, offer advice and willingness to take on the task at hand. While this issue is in the preliminary stages, it is always good to know that someone with his expertise in Family Law is willing to help. Thank you Mr. Shepherd!Feb 13, 2018Verified
Mr Shepherd was a blessing in disguise super reasonable and upfront, he was always available to talk when I gave him a call, if he didn’t pick up he would call back ASAP .Very affordable and worked with me. A young lawyer with a lot of skill and very reliable. In any further situation I may have that needs legal advice or representation this will be the guy I call and reference.Jul 11, 2018Verified
Bradley provided clear and concise information about the process and stayed on top of things: contacting me to notify my trial had been scheduled days before the notice was received in the mail showed me that he actually cares for his clients. All in all, Bradley proved to be a great choice as I felt confident throughout the process...by the way, not guilty on both counts.May 20, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every case is different and every case requires a different amount of work to resolve. For example, a Circuit Court Jury Trial for Homicide takes far more time to litigate than a Speeding Ticket. For that reason it's very difficult for me to estimate my fees without first speaking to you on the telephone or in person. What I absolutely guarantee is that my pricing is affordable, flexible in certain circumstances, and I always offer the option for a payment plan. Almost all of my criminal defense / traffic work is done on a flat fee basis, which means once you pay, that's it! I won't ever come back to you after the fact and say that you owe me more money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first thing that we would need to do is to speak. You can always call me at the number listed above. I have convenient office locations in Catonsville and Columbia, or I can come to you. In the initial consultation, I will be able to assess what you need, develop a basic strategy, and quote you my fee. If you decide to hire me, I will immediately enter my appearance in your case, request discovery and begin working on your behalf to ensure the best outcome possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Saint Mary's College of Maryland in 2011 with degrees in Economics and Sociology. Following Undergrad, I attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where I graduated with Honors in 2014. I am admitted to practice in all the State and Federal Courts of Maryland.
