What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Template driven websites typically range between $500 and $1800. Custom designs average between $2500 to $5500. E-commerce websites will vary significantly depending on the number of products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a simple 5 step process for our Web Design projects:
Step #1: Determine your Budget / Plan...
Projects can vary from simple construction to a more complex structure. Once we determine your budget, we can then formulate a development plan suitable for your business.
Step #2: Choose a web design template / create custom designs...
Select a professionally designed web site template from our catalog. If you are having trouble selecting a template, we will be more than happy to help you choose one that will best fit your business. At this time, you may purchase the template separately or choose to roll the fees into your total price.
Step #3: Gather information...
Here we will determine the overall layout of your web site (i.e., color scheme, logo placement, navigation scheme, links, etc.). At this time, you will need to submit your information for each page. Please Note: As the business owner, it will be your responsibility to collect and organize the information for your project (e.g., text, pictures, graphics). This information should be categorized per page and submitted via email.
Step #4: Build your website...
During this phase, the actual development of your web site will begin. You will be provided a link so that you may monitor the progress. Once the site is finished, we will review the web site together and make any necessary changes.
Step #5: Test / debug / upload...
Once the web design is complete, we will test and debug the code to ensure that the web site is working properly with the most popular versions of the common browsers at that time. Once debugged, we will upload the web site to your desired location.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for the internet and began my company right after receiving my college degree.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients... attorneys, landscapers, clothing retailers and various service professionals. If you offer it, I can create a website for you.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important the professional is well balanced between design and development. A great design does not always equal a great website and can cause headaches for the future. A good web designer is well balanced in design, code, SEO and overall website structure.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Best outcomes usually begin with a plan. Have a general idea of what you are looking for and expect to be participating throughout the entire web design process.
