Introduction: I started my own training business eight months ago and I love it! Before this, I worked in a corporate gym for a year. Prior, I studied Health and Wellness Management for four years at SUNY Oswego. I have been a runner for six years but got into strength training three years ago. Now, I can do exercises I never thought I could do before (plank with 80lbs on my back, handstand, chin ups...etc); I owe my gratitude to my own personal trainer for getting me here. I value everything I learned and am having fun passing it on and watching my clients grow. I also provide nutrition plans for those who are looking to lower risks of heart disease, high cholesterol, or even just want to lose weight.

I have been training with Fathama for 9 months, sometimes daily, when I'm not on the road. Somehow she is able to make everyday different, fun, challenging and progressive. I have been very pleased with the results I have achieved, but also it wasn't achieved through torturous pain, rather, it was gained through a comfortable, safe, and fun progression. You will love Fathama!

I'm someone who is very reluctant to exercise but Fathama deals with my complaining like no other! She makes me feel more comfortable with exercising with free weights which really helps on the days I exercise alone. All of the moves are explained in a way that is easy for a new exerciser to understand and learn. I highly recommend Fathama because of her professionalism, kindness ,knowledge and scheduling flexibility.

Fathama was my trainer for almost a year, and she's the best perosnal trainer I've encountered. She is warm, approachable, and really knows what she's doing. I cannot imagine making so much progress without her help!

    4 years of studying Health and Wellness at SUNY Oswego, 4 years of strength training experience, 1.5 years of training in a professional setting, 4 years of teaching group exercise.

    I work with all ages and all fitness levels starting from beginner all the way to an athlete.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Search for a trainer with an understanding of the human body and knows which movements can be harmful and which movements are natural and will only make you stronger. Also look for a personable trainer that you can hang out with for an hour so you look forward to training!
