FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the job, 1 thing I can say, even about this app. is that its extremely difficult, almost impossible to give an exact price without seeing the job in person, taking measurements but most of all sitting down with the customer to find out what their vision is for the project, after all I'm not building a kitchen, bathroom or etc. for myself. I need to know what it is that makes them look at the job when its complete and feel more than satisfied, but to actually feel happy about their choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to call, set up an appt. to come and look at the job, sit down and try to envision how they want it to look through their eyes, figure out how to make it happen, then work on a price that is comfortable with all parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of Saturday classes, I apprenticed in the union under many of the top and most proficient tile setters in Western PA, I graduated top of my class, I left the union because I wanted to do more than just tile so I spent years working for long hours and extended work weeks. Working for a cheap labor rate, just to be able to learn from some of the best kitchen and bathroom remodels the area has. I've always felt that although I wasn't being paid top dollar at the time, I was receiving a top knotch education in a field that drives me to strive for excellence.
