Ray and Ray followed directions carefully, communicated clearly, showed up on time every time, and did excellent work. They persisted thru unexpected challenges for a fair price. We've used a handful of fence contractors before. But we plan to go back to Knott's Fencing next time.

Hallo, I wrote one but I think it might have gotten lost , but I will most definitely write another one. Ray and his son did a great job for us . We explained what we needed and he did it exactly the way we wanted it to be repaired. He was real cortious and very nice and we will hire him again if we need him. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the sq foot on new installs as well as select repairs. Other repairs are a flat rate depending on the repair. We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty on all new installs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do an onsite estimate first. Then the customer decides whether or not to go with us. We then complete the work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this type of work since I was a young teenager.
