Introduction: Self taught yogis , a practitioner for 10 years , a teacher for 3 1/2 years . I truly believe everyone should and can practice incorporating yoga into their everyday life . It's truly all in the way you are taught . One on One sessions are a great way to start a everyday or weekly practice . Think about it ...you take care of your kids , your husbands, your wifes your car , your home but sometime you forget to take care of yourself which is Your First Home . If you didn't have your first home you wouldn't have all those beautiful people & things in your life . Your Body, Your Mind, Your Soul needs to be tended to just as often as the rest . Self Love and care is never selfish . When we feel good we glow inside out creating good energy and vibes . I truly love helping clients understand how we can self heal our bodies by Incorporating a daily yoga practise and meditation practice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price Range varies due to service & locations . Private sessions - start out at $25 a hr up to $60 Private Classes - All Depend on drop in fee at that location. Corporate Yoga Sessions -$125 -175 a hr . As a corporate & private session Yoga teacher I tend to travel all over the northern and lower kent county. Most private sessions are held in clients home unless , you ask for me to hold sessions in my personal location .
