Introduction: Melissa received her Bachelors Degree of Music in Vocal Performance at California Baptist University and is an official member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing). This allows her students to participate in annual state and regional auditions and biennial national competitions where they receive feedback from a panel of teachers. Melissa's studies in piano and flute lessons, classical choral singing, and musical theatre have grounded her with a versatile background that she applies to her vocal teaching methods in a fun and effective manner.
My highest priority in teaching is to help the students discover their own voice and explore their passion. Sharing my insight and personal experiences in singing is definitely the greatest reward.
