- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I do travel to diverse locations for the work I receive, I use an app on my phone that allows me to enter the zip code of the customer to find out the standard cost for the area. This ensures that all customers get a fair estimate for their request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key to satisfaction. Listening to the needs of the customer and input some experienced feedback to get to the solution of the customers needs. Be on time with all appointments, and notify if any change in schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of construction classes in high school. At the age of 10, started work with my dad who had a successful local home repair business. Worked with several framing contractors. I have experience in most fields of home repair. Flooring, sheetrock, painting, siding, windows and doors, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
