FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first hour is always a free consultation. I like to sit down and find out what the client's goals and needs are. I use a FDA approved body scanner, this allows you to set your goals appropriately based on science and create a game plan for the fastest most effective results. We then take a look at what you have going on in your life at this moment and adapt our program around that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Excersize Specialist. 4 Years of Physical Education study at Lindenwood University. 10 Years training clients, running classes, and managing a fitness team. 10+ years experience as a Trainer Fitness Manager and Group training instructor at 24Hour Fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I played College Basketball and wanted a job that had to do with my degree. I fell in love with personal training and am still doing it 10 years later.
