Introduction: I provide results through the environment the client operates in. So no matter what you have going on in your life you can be successful. Not only now but for the rest of your life. I am not just a "workout buddy." I E-mail every workout we do together so that you can always go back to it if needed. Each month we will create a client workout calendar together, so that you will have progressive cardio and functional training put together by me to do every day, even when we are not training together. I have a corrective exercise certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have been fixing clients posture for 9 years. When you workout with me you learn to move the right way, to burn the most calories, and greatly reduce the risk of injury. I have been in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. I have trained individuals, taught classes, hired and trained personal trainers and hired and trained fitness managers at one of the biggest fitness chains in the world. I am passionate about teaching fitness and showing people they can achieve and do much more than they have ever imagined.

Zach's personal training service has been the best investment that I've made for my personal health and well being. I've shed 14 pounds in 2 months, increased my energy levels to significant degrees, and best of all, I've been able to enjoy activities that otherwise would have been burdensome to me only a short time ago. I've made some big noticeable gains, but I cannot underestimate the everyday, small ways that investing the time to train with Zach, and follow his nutrition recommendations, has made my life easier. Zach is really personable, super practical, and a great cheerleader. He really commits to your success, and it's infectious. So if you're considering personal training as an option for you, I would say do it. You can't get better than Zach. You just won't regret it.

Zach was super approachable and knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with him and he gave me great ideas on how to be better with my workouts and eating. He was flexible with my schedule, since I have a 2 year old and was willing to work with me when I could.

I've been training with Zach since September and could not be more happy with the results. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and now have the skill set to workout on my own. He's very motivational and does an awesome job of making me feel comfortable in the gym. I could not recommend him more highly! I've worked with other trainers before and Zach is by far the best. Through training with him I've been able to increase my strength, lose weight, and work on my form. The work I've done in the gym with him has also improved my performance in skiing. As a competing athlete, building strength pre season is extremely important. If you're an athlete or just trying to get in shape, he's a great trainer!
