We felt lucky to have found and hired KNM Construction to do our job. Sione (John) and Fred were professional from beginning to end. They displayed a work ethic that anyone would appreciate. We felt the original bid presented to us was more than fair for the amount of work that needed to be done so we paid them more because we were so happy with the outcome! They went beyond our expectations for the amount of time spent working as diligently as they did. Every small request we had was met.
Work involved removing four tree stumps and all the roots for these trees needed to be dug up and hauled away. The ground needed to be leveled so several truck loads of dirt were hauled to others nearby as fill dirt. Three boulders were moved and set as we requested. They were EXCELLENT and we would hire them again.
We also know they build homes so their talents go beyond the small excavation project we had.
