Pricing varies for services depending on flavors/ingredients time involved, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For cakes, our typical process is to determine what the client's aesthetic for the event is. Once that is established, we we work together to design a custom cake to accent the celebration. For other food services, we talk with our clients to find out what they'd like and make it work for them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been making cakes for almost 10 years, cooking for 15, and have worked in a profession kitchen under chefs nominated for James Beard Awards.
