gary did a great job on the repairs - but what sold me was his friendly and honest attitude during the free consultation. outside of making himself available to my less than convenient schedule, he made an thorough assessment of the two leaks i'd flagged in my original request -- a pinhole leak in the basement, and a leaking water line to my fridge that ran through a very inconvenient section of my basement ceiling -- and offered more than one option for repairs. he also did a quick on-the-spot fix on a leak that i discovered while clearing the kitchen sink area, at no charge. he sent me a cost estimate within 24 hours, that fully described the work we discussed - which solved both problems permanently, and he showed up on-time (to the minute) for the scheduled repair on a Saturday at a day/time that was convenient to my work schedule. Throughout the process, Gary was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough - triple checking the work after we turned the main water line back on, and doing a thorough clean up of the work space. i don't expect to see him back for repairs on the three leaks he fixed, but i'm definitely keeping his number on hand for the next one!

Very fast response time. He was courteous and professional. He told me what he was doing step by step and was even able to guide me in saving a few dollars on my material.
