- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of rates/packages to meet your needs. Sessions can be done in person, via telephone or even Skype, seven days a week. There is no minimum number of sessions or a set package - I will work with you to customize the schedule and sessions based on your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a a quick, no obligation 15 minute phone discussion to talk more about what coaching means and how I can help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my undergraduate degree from the James Madison University in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development. My coaching program has been certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
