- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our clients personally to get to know them and what they prefer and like. On short notice a phone interview can be used as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lots of Midwestern and Southern family meals prepared between the two of us for very large family gathering. We also produce on our farms a large percentage of the ingredients used in our dishes. From eggs, to cheese, chickens and produce, we use as much local seasonal produce as possible.
