- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tell our customers what technician will be working for them, so they know in advance who will be in their home. We walk them through step by step on the process of the remediation, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, or any of our other services. We treat our customers will respect and listen to all their concerns. We ask questions, to ensure all the needs are made clear with out doubt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have gone through our Corporate training, received their certifications and are required to complete extended, and on going education for keeping up with the latest techniques, and technologies,state standards, and refresher courses.
