- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a combination of fixed fee services, contingent fee services, and hourly rate services, depending upon what will best serve our clients needs. We look at all our clients as more than a single issue and see them holistically as someone we will partner with for the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to spend the initial meeting getting to know our clients and their specific legal needs today. As part of this process, we like to learn more about where our clients are headed in the future so we can provide advance planning for those eventualities also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All firms members have been in either private or public practice for a considerable period of time prior to joining the firm. Our attorney's are licensed to practice in MN State and Federal courts.
