Bathroom remodeling with shower addition
We called this company after being “ghosted” by two other contractors and a week away from the time relatives were to arrive. They were prompt, courteous, and best of all did such beautiful work on the shower wall! Despite all the problems my old house had (rotten and uneven wall, plumbing challenges, and I had bought wrong material) and the tricky frail travertine stone they were able to sort everything out, buy what I needed and finish on time. There were many problems and delays throughout this entire project. The reason I gave them 5 stars is that Dennis and his team were very responsive and tried to make correct every issue and make things right. In fact, they cared a lot and went out of their way to make it better for us. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We aim to meet our clients' budget. Our inventory is from high-end to more affordable level. We create the price estimate reports that reflect our customers' budgets. We have special sale offers during certain times of the year, such as our 20% summer sale (off the entire project) which lasts until September 15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we receive a new lead, the diligent attention we pay to the process of working with that new customer does not depend on how big of a profit we will make out of that project. We value our customers because they are our customers, not according to how much money we will make from them. We aim to contact a new customer face to face at the potential project site as soon as possible, through free in-home consultations. Our designers visit the customer's house to get exact measurements, figure out any possibilities of electrical or plumbing relocations, and recommend unique design solutions. Next, we create a 3D design of the remodeling project and generate a price estimate report compatible with the customer's budget. The customer looks at the 3D design and the estimate report, requests changes if he or she wishes, and we start working as soon as we agree on the design and the pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are proud of the fact that everyone in our team is college-educated. Our project manager is an engineer who has more than 10 years of work experience in the American construction industry. Our office manager has a master's degree in business management. Most importantly, we have a 30 year experience in the construction business. This experience enables us to quickly understand the structure of our project sites and easily identify the potential problems that the structure might cause. Mr. Yuksel, the owner of our company, has spent his entire life in home building and remodeling, and his experience shows in the quality of our projects.
