FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While pricing is based upon six levels of experience from entry level to executive level, it's affordable. I want every job-seeker to have the opportunity to be a competitive candidate in their industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon hire, an agreement is emailed to the customer, and returned to me, signed, along with payment in full for the project. A résumé is a personal document; yet must relay a specific message in only a few moments. Therefore, I email a customized worksheet to the customer as an extensive query into background and experience. Completed worksheet should be returned with current résumé, performance evaluations for current or most recent position, and links to job descriptions for positions to which the client is applying, if available. If the customer has none of these, that's not a problem. We'll discuss their goals. Worksheet is reviewed and customer is contacted by phone or email to clarify or elicit more information, if necessary After the worksheet is returned, the résumé is designed and forwarded to the customer for review and comments within 10 to 14 business days. This may be flexible should the customer request a rush. The completed résumé is emailed to the customer within 24 to 48 hours of final review process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member, National Résumé Writers' Association | Having worked for more than a decade in a world-class academic institution, I have years of experience in all manner of composition and editing. This includes creating and curating résumés and curricula vitae (CVs), letters of interest, and letters of recommendation for professionals with various levels of experience.
