Christy has an excellent eye for color and texture and creates a room that flows beautifully by working complementary pieces together. She has the ability to work lower priced products in with some higher end products to give the room an upscale feel from top to bottom without breaking the bank. She can work with various styles and tastes to create a model home feel. Every room I have seen of hers is nothing short of gorgeous! I have worked with her on small projects in the past from color selections to simple accent pieces, and on full room makeovers (a steal bargain) and remodeling advice. She has great trade contacts saving me a great deal on furniture which more than covered her design fee. Without question, I would recommend her for your interior design project needs!

I cannot say enough good things about the work Christy at Simply O Interiors did for us. We just moved into a new home. We thought we had all of these great ideas and brought them to our first meeting with her. She listened and gave us her opinions. Come to find out the couch we really wanted would not fit in our family room. Christy was very patient and helped us make decisions we can live with and our home is gorgeous!! Christy from Simply O Interiors, went over and beyond with helping us design several rooms in our home and we are excited for her to help us finish the rest of our home. She was exceptional at finding our style within our budget and was hands on when all the furniture came. My delivery unfortunately came very late at night and Christy stayed and waited for each piece and examined each piece as it was being set up in the room. I was so impressed at her eagerness to please us and make sure everything was perfect. I look forward to her working with us again in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Giving an interior design or staging quote is very difficult when you have not seen the client's space or have spoken with them about their space. Our website gives details about packages that are offered. Most of the time I am unable to give an exact quote via Thumbtack. This is not because I want to try and lure a client to accept my bid. Conversely, this is because I want to give the most accurate bid possible. Once I have met with a client, I can give a design proposal that includes a quote complete with a guarantee not to exceed amount. It is my goal to create an affordable, functional, and beautiful space for my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet in the client's home and discuss their needs and space. Next, a design proposal is written and presented to the client. Included in the proposal is a detailed scope, an estimate of hours for the design with a guarantee not to exceed amount.
