- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take all information down and enter it into a digital customer file. we then run a satellite report on your home, this way we have a good idea of what the property looks like before we arrive. This gives us the size of the roof. We set an in person- appointment at your property if the customer is willing and able,(we also do zoom calls if needed). We then inspect any issues your having and present a solution a long with an estimate for the repairs. If you choose to work with us we are very organized, everything from the initial phone call, to any changes you may need to make, to the first and last photo is documented. We provide an ongoing photo link to all of our that has every photo taken from start to finish.. This way we are able to give our customers a simple, seamless, A+ experience
