We were selling our house and the home inspector found a number of issues that had to be repaired before we could close the deal on the house. There was a wide range of issues that needed to be addressed ranging from: excessive moisture, mold/fungi, and some wood rot in both the crawl space and attic, some structural repairs, as well as, some "punch out"/handyman type items the buyers insisted on being included in the repair addendum. A friend referred me to Crawlspace Solutions, so I contacted them and was able to speak with the owner (David Ahrens) about our situation, and the time restraint we were under, with the closing date approaching. He promptly came out to look at everything, gave us an estimate, and although they were busy, he assured me they would have all the repairs done before the deadline. They're quote was very resonable and so I approved the work order. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!! The crew was pleasant to be around, very knowlegable, and absolutely professional in every aspect. They went above and beyond what they were contracted to do, and was able to take care of every issue that needed to be addressed. Not only were they able to fix every item on the repair addendum, they even caught a number of items the inspector missed, and they fixed them for FREE!! That's the type of guys they are. They seem to really enjoy what they do ,and are really willing to help. They even waited until the closing to get paid! I'm not one to right reviews, (I've never written one), but I am quick to refer them to any and everyone looking to have work done on there house. It doesn't matter what your looking to have done, I recommend giving David, and his guys a call first. It's worth it!
