Let me begin by saying,I LOVE MASSAGES! The health benefits are too numerous to list! Over the many years I've had everything from swedish, deep tissue, thai etc. I'm not a fluff and buff kind of girl which I communicated to Mary. She was able to relax me and totally locate all the problem areas in my body without me even telling her where they were! Mary truly has a gift of working out all the adhesions and knots in your body. I'm a tennis player and had specific sport related issues which she quickly took care of. Mary is my "go to" massage therapist and I've already recommended her several times!
