- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rates, meaning we will not add on additional costs like travel fees, estimate fees etc. without informing our customers up front. We also offer a multiple service discount for customers that are requesting more than one project in the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before generating any type of quote, we like to learn more about the project so that we can provide the most accurate and cost efficient estimate possible. If there is an easier or cheaper way to complete the project, we will always let you know. Our primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service at all times — so if that means that we can complete your project via a more cost effective route, we will always share that information immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Residential Builder, which means that I have completed the qualifications, training and examination to practice a variety of trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. In addition, I have acquired certifications in both Electrical as well as Concrete and Heavy Equipment. This means that I have completed 4+ years of formal training and apprenticeships in both areas, making me an expert in these fields.
