- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-depth discussion of your sales goals. Often we can find new market segments that might not have been considered. Ultimately, we want to narrow the focus to those 2-3 areas that will create the greatest ROI.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The lead partners at Punch SEO are both college educated and come from an extensive marketing and sales background that encompasses everything from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Quinton Hamp is our lead SEO specialist. He was mentored by Kotton Grammer, arguably the best SEO firm in the industry today. From there, Quinton took his skills to clients who wanted to sell products on a nationwide scale. This year alone, his company has sold over $3 million in products for his ecommerce partners. He runs our small team of US-based employees and contractors that help execute his marketing plans. However, he remains the chief strategist and follows up with each step to ensure the highest quality. Courtney Hamp comes from a long background of business technology systems, marketing, and sales, from serving as District Manager for AT&T to being a the Director of Business Development and head Sales strategist for a Voice-Over-IP ecommerce company. For the past 2 years he's put his engineering credentials to use while running Nickel City Technology Consulting an IT and web design firm based in Buffalo, New York.
