- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our jobs are custom quoted. Your website and digital assets are unlike anyone else and we want to make sure we can meet your needs and not try to force your needs to fit inside a box!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to give as much information as possible for our clients. We have an on boarding process that we go through with all of our clients to make sure we have as much information upfront as possible, and able to help provide a clear direction and goal for every project we do with them. The process in basic terms is as follows: 1. Discovery - Learning about your business and needs 2. Follow Up - An account manager will call to talk to you about your project, how we can help, and go over the services and things we offer to help you better understand. Your account manager will be able to answer many basic questions you have. 3. Kick-Off - After you work through all your questions and get the paperwork signed your Account Manager will set up either an in person or a phone call to kick off the project which will include samples from the team either visual or an outline of things to come. 4. Work Gets Done - We get our team into gear and start coding, building, and researching as needed to make your project a success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have well over 30 years of experience in Web Design, SEO, Social Media, and Digital Marketing. Our team is made of people who eat, drink, and live for digital marketing.
