So refreshing doing business with an independent contractor as opposed to a big company. Mr. Whitecotton was very open and honest about my options and the cost of each. He told me which parts of my system needed replaced but also told me what parts were still ok. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts to pad the bill. If you want an honest HVAC contractor (hard to find these days) that is very knowledgeable about the different systems available, you can't go wrong with Tommy Whitecotton. A++

Yes, on normal routine service there is set prices, sometimes we have to call and get prices on parts but labor prices are always the same and affordable.
